    Make an option to have the film in non-HD and in HD.

    I have 0.8mb internet speed (I dont live in the desert.. but the internet speed makes it seem that way..).

    Downloading HD films takes me about 4 hours to completely download.

    For Non-HD I can watch and download at the same time. So please do this! I beg of you :'(

    Ditch the XVID player for the VLC embedable player.

    VLC:

    *Allows 720p/1080p
    *Plays almost all codec (no more users complaining of no sound or no video)
    *Plays RAR files
    *Allows for video cropping and tons of other features.

    there is no way that VLC could stream RAR files. it needs the entire file to uncompress it.

    One big problem here is that VLC and megaupload dont get along.

    Have a 'tick' box next to all Films/Epsiodes to allow the user to keep track of seen media.

    Using this could also automatically build up a 'you may also like' feature in the users control panel.

    RSS Feeds

    It would be nice to have an RSS feed per show so we can be alerted when new episodes of our favorite shows are posted

    Create a simple next episode button

    Since the ajaxlist is now disabled, just create a simple next episode button somewhere under the description of the episode. Would save a pageload too. :) (or maybe there is one and im just blind, anyways! DO IT! :D)

    Add a 'new releases' tab where the user can catch up on what they missed since their last visit.

    I know there's a cache of what's new, but sometimes I won't come on for a week and I won't know if there's a new released movie on the site.

    allow google video style flagging/reporting of videos right from the player

    wouldn't need to post reports in the forum anymore.
    of course, this would leave us vulnerable to fake flagging reports from the same people who keep posting hateful things on OVG

    TV channels

    You could make "channels" that just play movies, or comedies... genre "x" like regular television where people could tune in at any point in the movie or show and discuss as they watch.

    App to replace the main page. (Attention Abe!)

    With the recent death by big brother of several other sites with this model. I am suggesting that we use a tag system to label videos posted at places like mega-upload. Each video should be tagged - and there should be multiple servers/sites hosting the list of tags.
